Technical Working Groups (TWGs) constitute the operational level of the NCC, joining experts from the fields of TB and HIV/AIDS from state, international and non-governmental sectors. The composition of TWG is approved by the NCC. 10 TWG (5 in HIV/AIDS, 4 in TB and 1 mixed group) activate in ordinary sessions at the initiative of the Secretariat upon necessity, by not less that 4 times a year. Each TWG develops its individual work plan with a theme pertaining to the evaluation of activities, situation analysis, and reporting. The Plan is presented to the NCC Secretariat for editing and for dissemination of information to the NCC members. The meetings are documented in minutes signed by the responsible head and the secretary of the TWG and are presented to the Secretariat in order to be circulated to other partners.
