Detailed Description of Key Areas
Monitoring and Evaluation, Studies and Surveys
- Training – of all staff from the reporting entry points from the field and of the staff from the National Reference Institutions such as AIDS Centre, Dermatovenerological Centre, TB Institute; includes refresher training
- Monitoring and Evaluation Plan – including costs for reference groups, stakeholders meetings, printing and dissemination of the M&E Manual and of Reporting Forms, consultancy support, equipment, software, hardware, costs for conducting the surveys
- Cost-effectiveness analyses – including costs for the consultancy services and conducting the surveys
- Management and administration – especially for the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, there will be a number of management activities to be carried out
