The National Coordination Council (NCC) is the highest decision taking mechanism in the field of HIV/AIDS control in the Republic of Moldova, which comprises 6 Technical Working Groups (TWG). Terms of reference, member lists, and contact information is provided for each group, as well as agendas, minutes, and discussed materials for all the meetings of the TWGs.

The National Programme on Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS and STI (NAP) for 2011–2015 represents the country policy in the area of HIV/AIDS. NAP 2011–2015 consists of 10 strategies, covering priority issues regarding prevention, epidemiological surveillance, and treatment, as well as a detailed budget. 
National AIDS Programme

The main implementers of the National AIDS Programme are the Government, the local public administration, NGOs, international organizations, mass media, etc. UNAIDS and UN agencies play an important role in HIV response through the UN Joint Team on HIV/AIDS as well as other technical and decision taking groups.
