Decisions

  1. In order to cover the financial resources needs targeted to implement the activities of the National HIV/AIDS/STI Prophylaxis and Control and National TB Control and Prophylaxis Programmes, the NCC approves and endorse the application for two components: HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, Round VIII.

  2. The NCC approves as Principal Recipients of the Proposal to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria for HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis components: Project Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring Unit for restructuring the health system financed by the World Bank from governmental sector and Centre for Health Policies and Studies: "PAS Centre" from nongovernmental sector.

  3. The NCC Secretariat will:
    • organize the NCC application submission – hard and electronic copies containing the original signatures to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (Round VIII) during 7 days;
    • ensure the communication between the Republic of Moldova experts and the Global Fund departments to present qualitative responses to the eventual questions and clarifications as soon as it is required.
  4. The NCC members will submit the coordinated proposals to modify the NCC Regulation and membership in order to adjust them to the actual requirements.
