In the period 18-19 May 2011 in Chisinau will be more than 110 representatives of governments and civil societies from 13 countries for the Regional Dialogue on HIV and legal framework of the Global Commission  to discuss how the law and its implementation can contribute to an effective response to AIDS in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. This is the third regional dialogue of the Global Commission, which was established in June 2010. Regional dialogues were held with the support of the United Nations Development Programme UNDP and United Nations Programme on HIV / AIDS (UNAIDS).
