This document reflects the commitment and the priorities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova according to the National Health Policy, National Reproductive Health Strategy, Youth Strategy, National Programme on Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS and STI, Concept of Youth Friendly Health Services and other normative acts in area of health and youth development. The document includes 6 standards:

Standard 1. Young people know when and where to ask for health services.

Standard 2.Young people have ease access to health services which they need and when they need.

Standard 3. Services providers respect youth confidentiality and intimacy.

Standard 4. Health services mobilize the community to promote friendly health services for youth.

Standard 5. Health services providers supply effective and comprehensive services according to real needs of the youth.
