  1. Agencies implementing Methadone Substitution Therapy will analyze the possibilities to extend the substitution therapy;
  2. Republican Narcological Dispensary will examine the possibility of using the methadone for oncologic patients in order to control the pain in final stages of the disease;
  3. TWG Vulnerable Groups asks the NCC TB/AIDS Secretariat to facilitate submission of a letter to the Drug Agency to extend the validity period of the methadone in order to avoid the destruction of the remaining stock in June 2009;
  4. Medical Directorate of the Penitentiary Institutions Department under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice will analyze the possibility to implement MST within Penitentiary Institution no. 13 for detainees in MST being in transit in the institution;
  5. UCIMP will initiate urgently the procedure to acquire 5,000 g pure substance of methadone chloral hydrate (pharmaceutical deliver form: syrup) from agencies approved by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
