  1. Existent financial resources are not sufficient to implement proper the risks reduction activities and to reach the purposes/indicators planned for GFATM, Round VI.
  2. Elaboration of standards to assist IDU should be speeded and the support of Republican Narcological Dispensary is necessary for their approval.
  3. Additional financial resources are necessary to implement risks reduction activities and GFATM, Round IX resources will be used to extend activities and increase quality of activities.
  4. Soros Foundation-Moldova will examine the possibility to provide financial resources to acquire 2 computers for Republican Narcological Dispensary and Penitentiary Institutions Department in order to ensure proper implementation of Substitution Therapy Register.
