  1. The members of the group approved the activity plan for the scale-up of methadone substitution therapy in Moldova.
  2. The participants concurred that integrated assistance (medical, psychological, and social) standards on drug users should be developed for the Republic of Moldova. In order to request the help of donors in the development of the standards, specific argumentation on behalf of the Ministry of Health is necessary.
