The first draft of the National Programme on Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS and STI 2011-2015 was developed and preliminary costs for implementation of the mentioned programme were estimated, through the soft „Estimation of HIV/AIDS Costs”, of ASAP (AIDS Strategy and Action Plan), UNAIDS Service.National AIDS Programme 2011-2015 – First Draft Estimation of HIV/AIDS Costs

The workshop has the aim to discuss the draft 2010 UNGASS report and the report on achieving the Universal Access to HIV Prevention, Treatment, Care and Support as well as development of projections, which will guide the development of new National Programme on Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS/STI for 2011-2015.Representatives of state bodies, civil society, UN agencies have been invited to attend the workshop. Development of documents in area of monitoring and evaluation is very important in the process of elaboration of the new National AIDS Programme 2011–2015. Please find attached for comments and recommendations the Strategy for Strengthening the M&E Capacities in HIV/AIDS in the Republic of Moldova 2010–2013.
