Recruitment of a database developer for IBBS study 2016-2017

A consultant shall be recruited to develop/adjust the databases according to the methodology and needs of the current IBBS study.

Objectives of the consultancy:

The consultant will be responsible for the development/adjustment of the two databases used in the study:

  • Develop the database for the coupon management (development of the module for refusals);
  • Data entry software and a database questionnaire for:

o    Injecting Drug Users (Male/Female)

o    Men who have sex with men (Male/Female)

o    Sex Workers

o    Detainees (Male/Female)

  • Data cleaning.

Short-term consultancy through March – May 2016.

Management of consultancy: the consultant will work in cooperation with the technical working group established for the coordination and management of the survey.

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education as evidenced by the possession of a University Degree from a recognized University;
  • Prior experience in database management;
  • Experience in the HIV/AIDS field.
