Award for Organisations active in the field of HIV/AIDS
The Catholic Organisation for Relief and Development (Cordaid) wishes to award two organisations showing outstanding commitment and leadership in strengthening the link between community and formal health and care services for people living with HIV.

In 2008, the Global Fund Board decided to implement the NSA approach through a phased roll-out, beginning in 2009 with a ‘First Learning Wave’ of limited scope. The Global Fund announced the Second Wave of NSAs in January 2011. As with the First Wave, the number of countries participating in the Second Wave is limited, in order to draw further lessons to guide the broad roll-out of NSAs in the future.
