During the fourth edition of the ceremony "Red Ribbon" will be awarded persons from state institutions, NGOs, A.O., religious sector, media, private sector which were most involved in the national response to HIV/AIDS and obtained indisputable results.
National Film Competition “1 minute on HIV/AIDS” on the occasion of World AIDS Day is organized by the Ministry of Education, Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS in Moldova, NGO „Positive initiative” and YouBeSC film.
The competition aims to raise pupils and students awareness on HIV/AIDS issue and express an opinion vis-a-vis the stigma and discrimination against HIV- positive people.
