PAS Center is currently implementing the “Reducing HIV-related burden in the Republic of Moldova” Project, financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the support and supervision of Regional Social Centers for PLHIV. The PAS Center now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services.
UNAIDS is confident, that in the Global Fund’s transition phase, its transformation plan will help deliver further results. UNAIDS will continue to work in partnership with countries and with the Global Fund to reduce risks and ensure high-impact programmes continue on the ground.

For the first time during 2011, Moldova has the mandate for representing Constituency Group of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Global Fund. This group includes 23 countries, of which all except Turkey, were part of the socialist bloc (ex, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, etc.).
